Our group training studio sessions are for mums who want the benefits of a personal trainer, combined with the cost effectiveness of a shared group activity. Sessions vary from week to week with high intensity interval strength, core and cardiovascular training, which can be adapted to meet your goals, as well as yoga. Babywearing and Under 3s encouraged!

Studio sessions are conducted in an inclusive and supportive environment. Group sizes are purposely kept small to ensure our mums receive expert individual instruction and feedback, whilst working at their own pace. Meet new people with a similar mindset, together learning to make healthy choices your natural inclination during busy mum life!

Join us in the studio at The Parent Hood Chiswick, for high intensity interval strength, core and cardiovascular training using mats, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels. Babywearing, Under 3s and small toys welcome!


Please inform your MFL session coach if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions. Participants must have completed a readiness for exercise questionnaire before commencing Group Training sessions for the first time.
