Our group training sessions are for mums who want the benefits of a personal trainer, combined with the cost effectiveness of a shared group activity. Sessions vary from week to week with high intensity interval strength, core and cardiovascular training, which can be adapted to meet your goals, as well as yoga. Babywearing and Under 3s encouraged!
Group training sessions are conducted in an inclusive and supportive environment. Group sizes are purposely kept small to ensure our mums receive expert individual instruction and feedback, whilst working at their own pace. Meet new people with a similar mindset, together learning to make healthy choices your natural inclination during busy mum life!
